Italian Meatloaf

2 lbs. hamburger
2 eggs
1 cup crushed Saltine Crackers
1/2 cup Spaghetti Sauce (reserve the remainder of the sauce)
minced onion
salt & pepper

Combine ingredients & form the meat mixture over a block of Mozzarella Cheese. Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour remainder of Spaghetti Sauce on top of meatloaf & bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
