Zucchini Bread with Chocolate Chips

Cream together:
3 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup canola oil

Add and mix well:
2 cups grated zucchini
3 tsp vanilla

Add:
3 cups flour
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

Mix in dry ingredients & stir in 1 bag of milk chocolate chips. Pour into greased loaf pans & bake @ 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Yields 3 loaves.

ooohhh....This is YUMMY!!! I've had it many times and it is best when you eat it at Beryl's house, I so miss all the garden food in August!!! Great Post Cyndi!
