Pumpkin Muffins
Mix Wet then add dry. Bake 375 for approx. 20 min.
Wet:
2 Eggs
2 Cups Canned Pumpkin
1 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 cup oil
Dry:
3 Cups Flour
1 Cup Oatmeal
3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
4 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Soda
1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
Stir 'til mixed then add chocolate chips (semi-sweet).
